  • A meeting is held with the prospective client on their requirement of construction and details are captured in Memorandum of understanding.
  • Once the site or plot is secured. The client hands over the copy of the documents andallows us to start the Construction.
  • The agreement is that we build the house at cost price very transparently and share the actual prices with the client in form of weekly and month reports. Detailed lists of all the purchases are kept in the data base and the client canaccess when ever required.
  • The project costs varies depending on the specifications of the client. We follow the requirement of the client.
  • The monitoring of projects can be done over the internet in form of photos and videos,the Quality can be checked either by client or his family members from time to time.
  • Weekly and Monthly reports with project schedule is made available over whatsapp and email/internet. The success is to expedite the project with absolute continuity, the client need to ensure that all the amount is made available when required.
